刚进校，就参加了新课程教学的远程培训，后面参加了人事局新招人员的培训。在学校里，每个周三下午17:10，我们新老师都会聚集在会议室进行业务各方面的培训，一年下来皆是如此，对我们的成长起了很大的作用。
三个月的实习转眼就要过去了。于20xx年x月x日进入x国际招标有限公司，在x货物招标部主要从事招标业务的相关工作。在实习期间，我在领导及同事们的关心与帮助下，业务知识和技术能力得到不断充实并提高。在此，我就实习期所做的工作向各位领导做如下汇报：
在*时的工作中，我积极参加学校举行的各种会议和活动，认真学习学校下达的各种文件，领悟文件精神，能够认真学习科学发展观，将学习所得应用到自己的工作中去，认真完成学校布置的各项任务，尽自己的全力做好各项工作。
认真参加学科组的教研活动，谈自己对于教材的理解，通过讨论完善教学设计，教学效果有了很大的提升。认真参加听课和评课活动。
每周都按时参加升旗仪式，从不缺勤。服从工作安排，人际关系融洽。
真诚对待学生，尊重学生人格，关注学生各方面的动向，帮助学生成长。
由于公司业务比较忙，流程部人员比较少，所以，我在处理好本职工作的前提下会协助流程部干一些比较琐碎的事情，具体工作由当天临时决定。我在对待这个工作时候都是积极主动、认真的去完成。
现也将不足之处总结如下：
走过了人生的每道厦门上坎，自己真的成熟了不少。紧张忙碌的高中生活，我不仅收获了诸多的知识，而且学到了做人的一些必备的素质。
在和同学朝夕相处中渐渐把自己融入了这样一个温馨的大家庭，友谊就像战友情一样使我更加珍惜生活中的点滴。不仅如此，三年前天真的男孩也明白如何用一颗实实在在的心竺人处事。从前的我总会有那么点小私心，总感觉对自己应该好一些，但是在*常学习或生活中才渐渐体会到最重要的不是那颗私心，而是集体利益的无尚光荣，知道了像军人那样以服从为天职的真谛。
真的很珍惜每一秒的来之不易。三年的路途中有过泪水、汗水，但更多的收获的喜悦，同学坳师爽朗的笑声。发出自己真的长大了，有了那一份责任感，我也有种献身祖国的冲动，今后这种冲动会一直激励我，为了心中那个最神圣的目标而奋斗。
即将结束高中生活，我会带上希望为了自己的信仰而努力，在今后的人生旅途中让成功之花绚丽绽放！
My interest in science dates back to my early childhood. I have always excelled in physical sciences and have received numerous awards in mathematics in high school. At age 18, I attended Beijing Normal University, majoring in physics. Four years of extensive study on in physics and my current work in surface science inspire me to undertake a greater challenge in pursuing a doctorate degree in physics. My aspiration to be a research scientist also makes the graduate study an absolute necessity for me. As an undergraduate student, I specialized in physics, mathematics, and computer science. And in my junior year study I studied computational physics in Applied mathematics III, during which I developed a 2-dmensional model with the finite size effect as a course project. in addition to being elated by my computer simulated phase transition phenomena, I was also pleased with the computed values of the critical exponents which closely agree with theoretical values. During the two-year course on the fundamentals of experimental physics, I diligently studied the techniques of operating experimental equipment, such as the epitaxy systems, lithography, and computer controlled data acquisition interfaces. I enjoyed these hand-on experiences. My current duty, as a research assistant, is to set up diamond film growth kinetics experiments which is designed to verify whether the mechanism of H atoms destroying C-H bonds in diamond film growth is the bottleneck reaction to diamond film formation. The results will give valuable insights and better enhance the research efforts of another group here. In the meantime, I am learning about the scanning probe microscopy, charged particle optics, energy analyzers and instruments used in surface science through the seminars held in my group. In order to be knowledgeable in the breadth of physics, I have attended workshop and symposiums in different fields. In the symposium on Symmetries in Subatomic Physics held in 1995 in Beijing, I worked as an interpreter and edited the article ^v^Conceptual Beginnings of Various Symmetries in the Twentieth century Physics^v^ from Prof. C. N. Frank yangs speech and translated it into Chinese. Not only did I keep an open mind to get experiences in academics, I also actively participated in extracurricular activities in my university years. In the senior year, I was a part-time teaching assistant grading exams and answering questions in the courses, A Journey to Subatomic World and From Quarks to Black Holes. I also had a part-time position as the bulletin board system administrator for the Physical Society of PRC. I am currently constructing their WWW home page to improve information exchange and science education in China. Accumulating these valuable experiences, I am preparing myself for a career in scientific research. Being exposed to surface science, I am interested in mesoscopic systems and nanostructure materials. I plan to concentrate on condensed matter physics. Having carefully read the content of the graduate studies and on-going research programs at University of Washington at Seattle, I believe that UW is the best place for me to be. I am confident in that my diverse research experiences together with a firm commitment to physics have merited me to be qualified to undertake graduate study at the University of Washington at Seattle.
来这家公司已经3个月了，在这三个月我学到了不少，对工作也熟络了不少。
上班第一天，我在自己的工作小本上写下——xx国际白淞元，有种莫名的使命感，是的，我要开始新的征程了，新的环境，新的工作，新的人事在前面等着我，但与其说成是挑战，不如说成是一次成长的升华。
在xx的每一天都觉得时间过得很快，也许这就是所谓的充实，这不是天天被繁琐的工作充斥，而是在这其中学到很多，业务上的，生活中的这段时间先后经历了报单、截单、接通知书、安排考试、免考、毕业采集等等的日常工作处理，有茫然更有领导指导后的坚定，有不足更有更改总结后的熟练。
以前，自己根本没有接触过PS软件，现在也会了一些基本的操作：以前，没有发现办公软件有那么多便于工作的操作，现在在同事的帮助下也学会了很多，提高了工作效率。我的工作还在有条不紊的进行着，说真的，以前很畏惧接到新的任务，担心自己会手忙脚乱、会出错，但是现在，我却很期待有新的事情要做，因为，我该更早的明白，每一次的新工作结果很重要，过程更重要，我只有亲身经历了，懂得了，下一次才能独立完成，而这其中的过程，只有真正的用心学习后，受益的才是自己。
最后，希望领导能给我一次机会，我希望能继续与这个大家庭继续奋斗下去，我会努力学习，不断充实自己。
高中生活即将结束，在实高的日子里，我感到充实了很多，从幼稚的初中生活走来，来到这个中转站，养精畜锐，整装待发，为自己的梦想奏了最豪迈的号角。
回想经历的日子，我学会了如何合理安排是自己的生活，远离父母的照顾，培养了独立自强的品质；我学会了如何与同学次序学习，每天的朝夕相处，让我们亲如姐妹，互相搀扶，共同进步，收获友谊相约未来；我学会了如何勤奋地学习，摒弃可以玩乐的任何机会，抓住学习的分分秒秒，全财地为梦想打拼。
我相信实高生活将是我一生中最紧张而又最充实的一段经历，我深刻体会到了“严、细、快、实、恒“对于我们年轻人，对于我人的人生是何等重要，不怕吃苦、甘于寂寞、勇于探索、知难而进的品质将是我们一生的财富。感谢同学，感激老师，感恩实高，你们用各自独特而深刻的方式与我一路相伴，相信又一只振翅的雏鹰会为你们搏来天边最的一抹云彩。

在xx这里的三个月工作已经过去了，我很感激大家对我的帮助，也很感激我们这段时间来了学习工作经历，我特别希望能够在短时间内提高自己，但是这样是非常不现实的，我也知道自己的能力有多少，可是在这段时间工作当中，我确实是提高了不少，这是能够看得到的，但还不足以让我骄傲，有的时候我自己也是能够看到的，我需要更加努力的提高自己，短短的试用期就让我有了不一样的体会，学习更多的工作经验，这非常关键，做一名优秀的员工，我的路还有很长，我希望能够循序渐进，能够做到让自己问心无愧，自己满意的同时，让工作做得更好，让领导满意。
回顾近期的工作，确实是有很多困难，也有很多挑战，但是我都一一的去尝试克服了，我感觉自己还是有一定的提高的，过去在学校的时候，我认为自己是马马虎虎，有些东西用一个学生的眼光去看待，是不正确的，来到了这里上班之后，我也得到了很多转变，自己从一名学生的身份到现在转变，是非常有意义的事情，这里的每一位同事对我的影响都很大，帮助也很多，我认为有些东西是工作当中所学不到的，更加是需要自己察言观色，这些是值得我去观察的，是值得我去学习的，我很感激周围的一切，很感激这短短几个月来的所有经历，未来还有很多事情等着我去做好，但是我认为有些东西不是一蹴而就是需要时间的，同时也在成长当中得到了进步。
周围很多人对我的影响都很大，但是这几个月的工作确实是非常不错的，我的专业能力展示出来，也是对自己的一个证明，我对自己的专业能力还是很有信心的，在实习工作当中也得到了认可自己的能力，更加是得到了很多发挥充分的证明了自己，同时也在这样的过程当中提高了自己，更多的时候是在社会实践当中才能够看到自己的进步，工作是一个非常奇妙的事情，需要自己用心去对待，需要认真，这短暂的工作教会了我这个道理，所以我一直都在严格要求自己，希望自己能够通过这样的情况去在未来的工作当中更进一步，得到大家的任何让自己也能够不断的提高积累，有些东西本来就不是用嘴巴去说的，在工作上面更加如此，应该用实际行动证明，准确地看到自己身上的缺点，知道自己应该往什么样的方向去转变，纠正缺点才能够知道自己短处在哪里，从而完善。
当然，我也有一些不足的地方，对工作不是特别细心，我相信自己是能够克服的，有些事情不是靠说一定要用行动去纠正，在这样的工作状态下面，让我更加有信心，也一定会取得了一定的效果，我会对自己的要求更加的高，保证自己能够得到锻炼。

I graduated from the major of Material Science and Engineering in Sichuan University of Science and Engineering as a provincial level outstanding graduate in June 2015. To master relevant laboratory equipment is another important thing for me. I can find the operator to assist me, but operating the equipment by myself can guarantee the best results from the experiment. Absolutely, genuine knowledge comes from practice, and practice enhances one’s ability. Therefore, after forming the idea of myself, doing relevant experiment is necessary to verify and negate the idea or find somenew ideas and conclusions. As a young boy, I like sports especially basketball. Playing basketball gives me a lesson that team cooperation may be the most important thing and no one can do everything. Ienjoy being trusted by my team and I am willing to trust others. Besides, traveling in some places with beautiful scenery is not a bad choice because it can make me feel relaxed and happy. I love learning and the acquisition of newknowledge drives me to learn more. Like other children, I dream of becoming a scientist who stands in the nearest place from the god and leads the progress of science and technology when I was young and I have been struggling toward this goal. With the deepening of my study, my enthusiasm to science has never been reduced. In contrast, I have great passion for doing research to find, explainand use the rule of the objective world. 招生官们希望从同学们的申请文书中看到的，不止是特殊的背景、人格特点或技能，更要看到一个完整鲜活的人。招生官有一个近乎固执的信念，坚持认为他们能够透过数字和文字了解背后的那个人。他们希望找到一些数字无法说明的东西，比如一些无形的品质、潜力等。所以在申请信中你应该尽可能的告诉招生官们“你是谁”。这样不仅能使我们的工作流程更加人性化，也会让我们对录取决定更安心一点。

五、服务意识淡薄，没有真正的把客人的需求放在第一位。
六、缺乏交流和沟通，信息反馈不及时，导致工作不协调。
七、微机改革之后，缺乏职责心，没有及时的数据统计和信息理。
在这个时候提出这样的申请，我明白让领导十分的为难，我要表示深深的歉意。为了酒店的形象及利益，我选择了离开，期望领导能够予以批准！
As a child I often accompanied my father to his small coin shop and spent hours watching him work. When I was older, I sometimes set up displays, waited on customers, and even balanced the books. This experience instilled in me the desire to own and manage my own business someday, yet I understand that the business world today is more complex. This complexity requires more education, and with that in mind, I am applying to the Master’s of Business Administration program at Indiana University Bloomington (IUB).

In addition to my helping out in my father’s business, I have had numerous other work experiences that further enhance my qualifications for this program. My resume enumerates the various positions I have held at Kerasotes Theaters, Chili’s restaurants, and Indiana University’s new Student Recreational Sports Center (SRSC), and what all of these positions have in common is an emphasis on serving the public fectively. Further, as an assistant manager at the Showplace 11 and a staff coordinator at the SRSC, I have gained valuable expertise in managing employees and creating work schedules. Both of these positions have allowed me to develop my sales and people skills, which are extremely important in an increasingly service-driven marketplace.

Not all of my work experience has been as a paid employee. Part of my volunteering experience at Middleway House, the local battered women’s shelter, involved extensive work on computers, including word processing, organizing databases and creating spreadsheets. Also, I recently participated in an internship program for academic credit with the Eli Lilly corporation in the personnel division. As a management intern, I was able to watch the workings of a major corporation up close and would like the opportunity to combine my experiences with the theoretical background available in the MBA program at IUB, with its emphasis on computers, marketing and human resources.

My successful internship is one element of my overall academic success as an undergraduate here at IUB, yet I have also made time for a variety of extracurricular activities, including working for my sorority and competing in intramural basketball.
